Happy New Year!
Well, my due date was yesterday (Jan. 4th), and still no baby. Total bummer, but we definitely want him to be fully cooked before he arrives, so we'll just have to wait it out.
I'm pretty sure I've had a few contractions (but it's hard to tell if it's a contraction or not in the early stages because they don't really hurt), but nothing regular yet.
For those of you who like the stats: I was 1cm dilated, 60% effaced, and a -2 station at my exam last week, and I'll find out tomorrow if that's progressed (unless I go into labor tonight, which would be awesome!). However, my Dr. tells me these stats don't really mean anything because some people walk around dilated to 3cm for weeks, and some people go into labor when they're not dilated at all, so we'll just wait and see.
Thanks everyone for all your well wishes! Hopefully my next post will have baby pictures, and it will be soon!

Your such a good sport about everything, Katy! Hope things happen soon. I was about the same when I went into labor with Joseph. 1 cm about 60-70% effaced. Water broke and no contractions. Can't wait to see the little one. Got a name picked?

I feel for you. Emery was a week late and it was a really rough week but don't worry he will be here soon and then time will just fly by.
Katy you are sooooo funny! I've been a little behind on my blog readings! Wow! I can't believe you were jogging on the treadmill!!!!! Great kick boxing moves!!!! how's Samuel adjusting to the "big cold world"? I'm sure he misses the 98.6' warm and balmy swimming "sea"! I was truly mesmerized by him! He is such a beautiful baby! Congrats to both you and Mike!!!!!
Yeah Katy! I am so glad I found you on here. Now I can keep track of you! :o)
